Hi,
I like the idea of using Chad's masking tool to remove terrain under the blue mask to create narrow ditches as I find sculpting these isn't always straight forward.
When using the OSM lines it doesn't seem to register when the TGC Tool pulls in the OSM data, I've also tried painting the line onto the Lidar mask.png but it doesn't seem able to do narrow lines very well.
Does anybody have a workaround for this?
Thanks

I mark them as full blown areas just like lakes or ponds. Penalty areas are areas after all. :/

It basically created a few sporadic holes but definitely didn't create a narrow consistent and sharp edged ditch like I had hoped. Not to worry though, will just need to work on the sculpting skills unless anybody has any other suggestions?

paddyjk19, then you probably want to use the EZ water feature: Remove All Terrain Under Blue Mask This will get you as good as can get. If you REALLY hate water, you can make sure "Background Terrain" is unchecked as this partially fills water. If the creek is that narrow, the game can't really handle that level of detail for water. It doesn't want to let there be tiny pitfalls in the ground.
