The current stats offered don't tell all the stories nor do they track all the records out there. Do you have a "dubious" record?
Mine is:
Worst tournament finish for a player that shot 2 rounds under 60: Fred Parrow (Farmers Open, 36th place)

I wish I could generate the actual stat for this but it seems that the more birdies I get, the less chance there is that I get more. As a result, it doesn't matter where I am in the round, once I get to -10 the birdies are extremely hard to come by. A perfect example is a practice round I had last night at Bavaro. I shot a 9 under on the front nine and only managed 2 birdies on the back 9. This happens a lot.

I could be lighting the course up on the front 9 but have a terrible back nine.

I have to be up there in worst birdie conversion rate from inside 20 ft. Every approach shot is close, but not many putts drop.

Dumb question time, am unfamiliar with the term "Htoc". Any help out there? Hyundai Tournament of Champions. It was the first event of the PGA and carried the highest strength of field factor due to the top 30 finishers from qschool being invited. Doyley did not perform well there and was hurt by it in the world golf rankings as a result.

Today in the second round at red diamond I started 6 birdies then the ball started to fly and squirt everywhere, twice in the drink a mile from where I was aiming. Restart the game and birdied out to save the round from a missed cut. In practice yesterday 3 successive rounds as soon as I hit 10 under the ball started to squirt as well fairly extreme, including putts, in practice I will just play through it. I swear they have VEM. Not everyone will know what that is, but I swear they have it. The restart worked great, because my moving day round was the lowest I have ever recorded in a tour round ever.

Thanks for the clarification bentfivewood, I was leaning towards yet another social media term I did not know. I looked it up in the "Urban Dictionary", no such entry. Forgot about thinking of past tourneys as the source. Gracias, mucho appreciado mi amigo!!..........

Lol!
Ha I experience this too, can be -7 to -10 on the first ten holes and the last few holes become so hard to get close, but if I screw up the front, have no problems playing catch up on the back, I can only remember a few rounds when this was not much of an issue lately, but I can say I don't think it was like this before that last putting update.
