There was once a time when CoasterRoyalty swore he would never sit down and create a golf course. I was very adamant about that and I still, to this day, have not finished a full course from scratch. Then, along came LiDAR and I thought I am going to give this a chance and grind my way through a course. I decided to try something different and go with a VERY SHORT 9 hole course that has beautiful views in California. With the help of two really good friends Eric ( VctryLnSprts ) and Terry ( Terry Grayson ) I was able to get this course completed and at least giving myself a chance to say that I have published a course. With all of this being said, I introduce to you, The Cliffs at Olympic. This course is set on the same land as the famous Olympic Club in San Francisco California. The holes lie on the coast line with stunning views and the greens can really come up and bite you on this course. The terrain and elevation have been left alone and are exactly what the real terrain is on the course. All greens and fairways are exact and bunkers are exact with the exception of making some of them smooth. The Clubhouse just opened and we are taking our first customers now. Welcome to the Cliffs at Olympic and we hope you enjoy your warmup round before heading to the big course next door.

Very cool! I love 9 hole courses and this one looks beautiful. I will grab this one tonight and give it a spin.
I made my local 9 hole designed by Tom Fazio, Bon Secours Mentor Course. First course I made too, so high five!

You know for a first time designer and one that just dabbled in the designer until now this is a very good first project...
I totally enjoyed this little par three course... A lot of first time designers really struggled with planting but you did a great job here on that as well
Congratulations on your first publish... You are hooked now, and will be wanting to design more and more..
good work sir... Really enjoyed it
Terry

Great job getting your feet wet in the designer, especially with the added difficulty of LiDAR/OSM techniques. Congrats on your first publish!
