As soon as I select your "Tree Variety (Lidar and OSM)" the course file is corrupt and I am not able to open it in TGC 2019. I know the error code because I had a course file that was trashed before . If I remove that option, the course imports correctly.

I’ve noticed this a little bit. It could be related to a specific theme.
It could also be that course export takes a long time now. When you click export course, it shows static instead of your course preview. You have to wait until this showsnyourbcourse again before trying to open it in the game.
I think I’ve had luck closing TGC2019, exporting the course, then reopening 2019.
I’m always keeping a look out, but this just started being reported yesterday and the game doesn’t tell us what it doesn’t like. The good news is that it doesn’t seem to stop success, just slow it down. I ended up getting all of my courses into the game, even with trees and tree variety by just retrying.

I have deducted that I can select the Tree Variety (Lidar and OSM) and it will not crash but no trees are imported. It is only when I choose Add Trees From Lidar (Experimental) and Tree Variety (Lidar and OSM). I did change the theme but it did not do anything. Here are the settings I am using

Tree variety won't do anything if Add Trees from Lidar isn't selected.
Could you run the Process Lidar step again for me? How many trees are detected?

I will run the entire process from scratch and see what I get. I will put it up on twitch and youtube and stream it live right now. You can view it later.

So I did a live recording on Twitch and it worked perfectly! I give up. Here is the video of the creation of the file.
