OpenStreetMap Adding Points Trick

Hey all

Just noticed or stumbled upon a trick with tracing your objects in the Open Street map

Instead of clicking using the mouse, I was pressing the space bar to drop the points

you can actually press and HOLD the spacebar trace say your bunkers while holding the space bar and it traces and places the points smoothly without you having to click
every single time to place a point

However....I'm worried all these extra data points is going to kill my plant meter. Have you run into this?
