Not a big deal cause it is fake earnings, but it seam like CC-Pro earning don't drop off from 1st to last as much as the other tour/circuit...

This is because money in the Challenge Circuit is determined by how well a player finishes within all of CC-Pro or CC-Am. There is a single master leaderboard.

From the main site:

All Challenge Circuit scores will go on a (hidden) master leaderboard (CC-Pro and CC-Am have separate master leaderboards) from which you will be assigned your base point number via reverse ranking. From there your base point number will go through a flight multiplier. The resulting number will then be subject to a placement bonus on your flight and then finally a money multiplier - this final calculation will determine how much money you receive for that event.

The formula is a bit complicated, but players in CC-A can earn more than those in CC-B can possibly earn, but it is also possible that a CC-D player can earn more than someone on CC-A (the CC-D player would have to score much better and finish higher in his own flight).
