I am taking a Computer Science(CS) course as part of my continuing education and to receive an CS endorsement on my teaching license. Not a lot of fun but needed to be done. That being said...... music in the back ground while reading/write or doing homework. Do you all have preferences out there? It doesn't have to be school related. I like to have music playing while read.
Right now..... It is Al Di Meola on Pandora.

I listen to music pretty much all day in the office if I'm on on call or in a meeting. Being a Deadhead, I stream a lot of Grateful Dead shows, but I also really like instrumental or lo-fi hip-hop playing in the background. This Spotify playlist updates regularly (weekly, maybe?) and is a go-to for me: Spotify Lo-Fi Hip Hop |

When I am just bumping around the house, doing chores and such..... Classic Rock is my go to. BTW, been to 3 dead shows, all at Autzen Stadium in Eugene Or. That was back in my more carefree youthful days.

I do a lot of jazz. Jon Batiste‘s new album is great. Or just listen to him and let Spotify figure it out from there

Went to the Fare Thee Well shows in Chicago and have seen Dead & Co. numerous times. |

I find for a testing environment or during a technical project, I go to a nice melodic trance mix.
