Set on a peninsula in a bay. I've gone with a gorse heavy course that is influenced by courses such as pebble beach, portrush, hoylake and Pinehurst. I've taken various elements from each of these and tried to make a course that's challenging but scorable not sure that's a real word) It might work it might not. but I had a go and that counts for something, the course itself, the routing layout nightlines etc is 90% there, now its just the aesthetic factor. I've paid close attention to the lighting and the colour scheme this time as that's usually where my courses falter. And the bunkers are massive, like, ridiculously big. Pics................ the 16th fairway and green, intended as a 3 shot approach kt takes a brave man with master clubs to attempt eagle on this hole the clubhouse overlooking the first 3 holes, a fairly easy start to life around the reclaimed land may lul you into a false sense of security or catapult you to glory. drivable 1st, short par 3 then a short par 4 where the player must choose between a short unsighted approach or a longer shot where they have full view the 5th, the first par 5 and the start to the inland section, a long tee shot over the gorse and the rapids aren't for the feint of heart.

partial plan view of the course as it looks, I've doctored the first green to play a little tougher and added some retaining walls in the bunkers im naming the course Ruppell's Peninsula, after the big bunker which engulfs the 6th, 8th and 9th and looks a bit like a fox
