Wavebreak Spit GC was going to be my entry into VctryLnSprts Survivor competition back in May but I only got about 12 holes in. I've been steadily plodding away on it from time to time since. Most of the holes and playing area were laid down in TGC2. Since I got back into it in TGC2019 after doing a few conversions I've been steadily "planting" the surrounding city. Here is an XB1 (i.e. low quality) screenshot taken from a playtest in mid-day rainy conditions (not default lighting or weather). I'm liking this one and will be glad to finish it and let it fly free. My only dilemma at the moment is whether to release it amongst the 32 World Cup designs or wait till mid-late February.

I'm taking my time with my current wip because I know it will drown amongst the great designs coming out. I would sit on it for a bit, not that you asked my opinion!

It really is nearly done now! I got side-tracked by judging for the World Cup of Design and experimenting with the new LIDAR tools but I have nearly finished Sim-Citying this course. I've spent so much time on stuff that most players will not notice but when you have a vision for a course you have to stay true to it. Here is an overhead of most of the near-final plot. I'm hoping to get this out by Easter ...

Very cool! FYI - Trayys is running a design competition soon with a 4 month design time, thought that might interest you. Registration is open tonight!

After I finally get Wavebreak published I want to move onto what was going to be my World Cup design before I bailed. I'm only one hole in so if you are happy to allow me in on the basis of this very early WIP then I would like to enter. However if you want clean starts only then I understand.

Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to start your course until Sunday after the draft. If you would want to start a new course you might be able to work on both since you'll have a large window to finish! If not no hard feelings! Either way looking forward to Wavebreak when it comes out!
