6 inches down is correct.
The pin icon (used for off the green mainly to locate the pin from distance) rounds to the nearest foot.

6 is correct but I think I just lost an advantage I held over at least 1 player

I always play there as the Pin being correct with the flag marker being an approximation, as usual. Get down low & scoot around for visual confirmation too as sometimes the numbers are wrong

Neil, I agree the flag is only approximate. In fact, most times when putting, I don't even look at the flag marker. I use the distance on the pin marker to judge how hard to hit the putt and more often than not I can stop it right around the hole. Getting them to go in is an altogether different matter. Mike

6 inches down is correct. The pin icon (used for off the green mainly to locate the pin from distance) rounds to the nearest foot. This is correct. Anything six inches or more is displayed rounded to the nearest whole foot. Under six inches will be displayed rounded to the nearest whole inch.
