Just going to highlight some of my favorite new courses here if you want to check them out.
PLAYED: 12/8
* The Lotus Flower CC - Mark Iddon - Some of the best retaining wall work I've seen on a course. Score: -10
* Driftless Hills - Kevin Dudley - Tough but fun Autumn themed course. Driver better be straight. Felt great with my -8 here.
* Wingpointe G.C - Scott Bailey - Love the concept of the brown fairways here. The water work on 15 is some of the best I've seen in the game from the tee. Score: -7

Got -5 on The Lotus Flower, what a GREAT looking course. Some of the most beautiful design work I've ever seen. I watched the fly-overs on each hole like I was watching a great movie. Needed some popcorn. -5 on Driftless Hills - very challenging! Liked the use of elevation, and really pretty course. Wingpointe - you're right about the brown fairways, very cool. Great rockwork and plantings, love the bunkering too. I like how the golf cart path tunnels through the rock between 11 and 12. Got a -6 Thanks for highlighting these courses! |

I played Wingpointe today and was impressed. A very different look with the brown, unique and stands out. Some very nice holes there too.

Played Lotus Flower. It took 9 pages but I found ONE player playing on the #1 pins. I was doing great and then the beer hit me. Beautiful course

Thanks for all the positive reviews of my course (the lotus flower). A new one has been under construction for some time and should be released shortly.
Shout out to 'fiercephil' for all his time and feedback with my earlier courses.
Its all about the community guys.

I took your advice Tim and set the Lotus Flower as the first event of Season 3 on TW EX PATS. My buddies and I played the first round this morning and I think we all agree that the Lotus Flower is indeed a great course (kudos to the designer). I plan to introduce the other courses to my members along with your recommendations... Thanks!
