Hi all,
The site has grown and changed so much over the past couple of years - there are sections of it that we don't see often/at all. If you have come across something in the Rules/Policies that could be tweaked/clearer can we please put them down here.
I'd like to go over everything over the next couple of weeks to make sure all our current rules are in place/clear. Some of you here know them better than me so if you see anything that's dated let's get it fixed up.
New players - if there was anything in your on boarding that was confusing/lacking please let me know as well.
Designers - anything you encounter while viewing/submitting courses etc.

Doyley, I had put in a ticket for this.. on the player tour profile page, for those of us in CC-F, G and the new BCT: The section at the bottom showing the tourney rounds shows as Black (PGA) instead of red (CC) for rounds posted in F, G, or now BCT. Also on the profile page, if you click on the SEASON tab, the pull down on the right defaults to World Tour. F, G, and Beginner is not listed (like it does on the Overview page which is correct). Info and Rules: Add Beginner Club for the CC-Am society Minor stuff, but could be cleaned up nonetheless..

I'd recommend that the Info, Rules and Policies page should set out some of the details recorded in the Season 5 Info page. The part about wind meters being turned off in Pro tours seems to be missing, for instance and would be a helpful addition. |

Would also be good to clarify the rule ". ..you may only enter into one tournament per week...the tournament for which you have a tour card" Especially in the light of conflicting information in recent posts and that it seems to happen frequently. |

That's referring to multiple accounts mainly - but can see how it's confusing. Will try to reword as we encourage/have no issue with people playing all the society events. |

DoyleyI don't see anything in the Promotion/Demotion section of the Info, Rules & Policies section that covers the fact you can earn promotion marks in CC-A using Pro clubs but then have to use masters once on the Pro circuit. I think it's implied because you spell out that you have to use Masters clubs on the pro tours but might be worth an additional bullet.

Got my disqual, no complaints as I drop myself down to the beginner League. Can I get reset for this week or do I need to wait until Sunday? Sorry to get myself disqueal'd. You'll see it in the fair play. because I also ratted myself out.

Don't think it's listed anywhere on the site though? Edit, never mind, found where it is - man that is some dated stuff! Looks like from Season 1 |

The issue is when you look at a course page, scroll down to the list of courses by the same designer. If you click on any of their other courses it takes you to a completely different course. Jumeriah is Course ID: 20239 (but the link +1's to 20240). It's a whack a mole fix - as soon as we think we have it, it's shows up elsewhere. |
