This is the craziest hole-in-one you'll ever see
By Alex Myers
Australian Richard Green has had a solid career, racking up three European Tour wins and finishing T-4 at the 2007 British Open. But forget all about those other accomplishments. Green is now the guy who hit this amazing/ridiculous/lucky shot:
An ace on a par 4 is rare enough, but banking one out of a bunker and into a hole? We're pretty sure that's never happened before. We're even more certain Green is the only tour pro to ever pull off the feat while using a pull cart.

The reason for the laid back atmosphere -- including the pull cart and a TV reporter instantly greeting him on the fairway to talk about the shot -- is that Green's incredible highlight came during the pro-am of the Oates Victorian Championship, an event on the PGA Tour of Australasia.
"I couldn't see it but we heard sort of a bit of noise up here and someone was cheering," Green said. "I didn't think it was in the hole or anything, but that's unbelievable."
Funny enough, the only par-4 hole-in-one on the PGA Tour was deflected in also. It occurred at the 2001 FBR Open on TPC Scottsdale's 17th hole when Andrew Magee hit his tee shot into the group in front of him and it bounced off Steve Pate's putter and into the hole.

Unfortunately, Green's shot came a day too early to count in the tournament, but an albatross is an albatross. Good thing this one was captured on video because you really have to see it to believe it.
