Any homebrewers here? I'm brewing a holiday oatmeal stout today called Herr Direktor's Holiday Stout. I finish the boil with a 1/2 tsp of Allspice and 1 cinnamon stick for that holiday flavor we all love. It'll be ready on or about Christmas.

Not a brewer, but Iām an expert taste tester should you need one.

I used to brew when I was stationed in England. My neighbor got me into it and we made beer and wine from almost anything. I have since moved on to home growing....15th generation of my original cloning with some sweet Candy Kush is due on or about Xmas.

I homebrew. Mainly IPA's as that's what I like to drink, but I've started dabbling in some kettle-soured Berliners that have turned out amazing.
I'm using a Robobrew as I'm in an apartment and can't do the propane burners, and between the electric brewing, temp-controlled fermenting in a small chest freezer, and a kegging setup, it's amazing how easy it is to make some really really good beer.

Definitely starting my own brewing next year. I'll be mostly experimenting with IPA's as well as distilling gin. Still have a lot to learn beforehand.
