Thanks for playing Oasis Somnia on stream last night.. sorry I wasn't about to poke fun at you, but I work on Fridays so have to turn in before midnight UK time for an early rise.
For info- course was built from flat plot pushed under the water table then raised.. still need to improve some of my sculpting but am heading, hopefully, in the right direction. Planting evolved 2 or 3 times in the first 6 holes then with added water and big clubhouse area meter space started to disappear quickly, hence fast clicking grass in the same direction and height. Anyway who tries to plant a steppe theme from bare with loads of grass.. doh!!! Also noted no comment about there being NO bunkers on the course, which is also the reason why some of the fairways are a little tighter than some players would probably like.. Also noted from Rich_68's stream last night that loading time on PS4 is similar to Lidar courses as the meter is over 95% full.
But am glad you liked it and hope to see you at the rooftop restaurant sometime soon.

hey guys thanks a lot for your constructive critics.... of course i'm going to take them as a base for improve my designing. unfortunately it wasn't the first i made, but i assure you that i reached the limits of objects before finish the job... for the retaining walls of course next time i'll use a second row for eleveted grounds and work more with the smaller walls for smoother curves, but when are "open angles" will be very hard to fill the space in between if u don't want slivers cames out from the "line". the bunkers in the fairways and the grid of the greens are made for recreate the "illusion"  ... the rough as the tees are absolutely my fault, made by the ignorance about the real golf courses, never been there for real...just once saying the truth, here in italy... i loved your comments about the fountains, and the misteriuos F... anyway are both made with waterfalls and columns and i don't remember if both have a table on the top.... the third underwater fountain i used it with the red building and a giant rock, as a "water purifier/energy center" or simply a mega water well.... thanks alot guys, i think you had fun there... even if now i know for sure it looks pretty bad  |
