Guys, the emails went out but you were not DQ'ed. You should still be on the leaderboard. When Scott set the event up, he did not mark it as a SPECIAL EVENT which bypasses those checks. I just checked and my name is no where on the board. I will check again later today to see if it pulls in my scores later Same here.

Are players that were playing in their week 14 tour CC-AM, and who were also promoted at the end of week 14 CC-AM, still eligible for the week 15 promotional event?

Is there an easy way to see what club set people used in this event. I really just want to see how I fared against those who used the same club set as me. Thanks.
Edit - Sorry, I was on mobile. I can see it now!

First I was told Disqualified for using Master clubs. Now I've got an email being told my scores weren't accepted due to "Fair Play, controller issues" like I'm cheating. Same controller I used last 6-7 weeks moving my way up cc-z,cc-F,cc-E. I don't even get a chance to redo. "We're not saying you cheated, your controller might be the issue"..." Your Scores will not count as if you didn't play this week" but I don't get chance to replay?! I would've moved up to CC-A or B! Disappointing..This seems rigged.. Ijs.. Is there anyone that is really in CC-A or PGA,Web.com or Euro?

My suggestion is you use the forums afforded to you to ask some questions like, "How close were my previous rounds from being not accepted?" You might find that there has been a steady progression towards the controller failing the API over the last several weeks and this is the week that it crossed that line. The thing with the API is it doesn't tell you how close your device is from that "dq" line.
Unfortunately when a score is determined to have crossed that line, it is done. No appeal for this week. You aren't DQ'd from next week either unless you fail the API check next week. There is no rigging since the API is automatically run without the Admin checking the scores. It is only after the API is triggered will the Admin even look at the issue. Either way use the forums provided in the email, else you'll find yourself discussing it out in the open.

Doesn't matter. Unless they start allowing you to try again with a different controller and replay your rd(s) or offer alternative tournaments for those who fall victim to the API for different results. Using the forum to address the issue is useless.. I've tried, 3x's, to no avail. It's an issue they won't address nor change. I want to know if there's any REAL people gamers in the CC-A,PGA,Web.com,Euro?

Of course there are. Go into the forums for those tours, you can't get that kind of whinging from bots. This is a troll question, and I'm betting you're an inch away from being banned. Address your problems with the admins in the appropriate forum.

But, if you did indeed get tagged and you still don't see your scores, you need to go to the correct forum and send a message to the ticket system for resolution as another member pointed out.

What is the deadline for the promo event? Do the first 2 rounds have to be completed by Wednesday or can they all be played up till Saturday?

We've discussed and we think there's no deadline but the site is quite big and it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what happens with these special events. Intention is to have no deadline for R1/R2.

I'm going to hold you to this, Doyley. Massive snow storm here next two days and while It would be nice to play golf, it all depends on electricity and internet.
