I am new here to this game and have been enjoying the career mode as well as the occasional matchup with other people. Lately my Xbox friends from TW 2014 have been coming to the 2019 tgc game My issue that I'm having is that when they setup a private match I cannot connect to their game, even though I'm in their private party. Any ideas on how to correct this. I've tried to reboot the game while we were playing and this did not work.  |

I'd try asking over at HB instead of here. TGCTours is a fan site and is not responsible for the game mechanics.
Maybe someone here could help you, but I think the odds are better over there.

I've had trouble in the past connecting to people on my list depending on the NAT type. Not sure if that can still affect it though. Another that can happen is, the MTU settings. Again this is on PS4, so not sure if that can be changed on xbox but...if I'm playing GTA online (not much anymore now RDR2 is out), I'd drop my MTU from 1500 to 800 in order to get a solo public session. But if I don't, or forget to change it back to 1500 I can't connect to anyone. I know there is a similar way to that on xbox, but don't know what it is as I don't have an xbox. Maybe send them a message or ask in chat if they play GTA, do they do something like that to get a solo session? |

He could actually have a block on you connecting as he is sexting your wife and sending sausages to your dog!
Or maybe it’s HB been HB 🤷🏻♂️
