I am a very angry TGC Tours member. Just received an email saying my score has been removed from the tournaments leaderboard due to not passing the metrics of the FAIR GAME POLICY. Can this please be explained to me as I know I have done nothing wrong? Does this now mean I can't join any of the tours?

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks in a row, they send you a link to the forum and it's locked.

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks in a row, they send you a link to the forum and it's locked. Well if you read and research you would have known it was locked due to all the people posting about scores removed even after it was announced it was an error. Hell I even did it the first week, fool me once but not 2x. |

What if the OP didn't play the exhibition event?
I get it, there are several threads about this issue and it happened last week too. It's just that not everyone played the event last week and not everyone is a frequent forum reader. Community Support is a reasonable place to ask about this.
If I wasn't already aware of what has gone on and all the changes from the last game to this one, I might have a reasonable expectation that things like this are already worked out. It would be reasonable to think that my scores - and ONLY MY scores - were removed because of something the site thinks I did wrong. If I was new, i would reasonably think the email is insinuating that I was cheating.
So, I could see why the OP might be angry and I don't think it's fair to expect new members to follow up on every thread on the forums.
We've been very eager to jump down people's throats recently. I get that it's frustrating, but you could open the thread, read the OP and just not post a response. But people are going out of their way to point out that there are several other threads without actually directing the OP to where any of those threads are.
