You should have received an email 20 min ago saying it was a bug, and I have posted on the shout-box and other posts. Sorry guys - we fixed "temporarily" last week due to me traveling and never pushed the permanent fix. Your scores have been restored. We have also pushed the permanent fix to prevent this in future tourneys! no email, no reinstated score - anyone else not get one?? Same here: no email, no reinstated score |

I'm confused.
I received the email saying my scores didn't meet the criteria and was removed. Received another email apologising and I was reinstated.
Received a further email 45 mins ago saying my scores didn't meet the criteria.. I'm still on the scoreboard though. Albeit down in 1168 place lol

we mugged that team of yours yesterday Ha, sounds that way. I'm currently having a 5 day break in Verona which has softened the blow somewhat. Went to Venice for the day yesterday and saw the score in the Basillica in St Mark's Square, almost said something aloud that the big man might not have been happy about! 🙊 |

Same here: no email, no reinstated score Contact the commish, same situation for me last week and I found only via email, it means that you didn't pass the API and your scores were officially pulled. If you don't see a complete swing on a regular basisswing in the HUD, it'll fool the API into thinking that your inhumanly straight. I had to switch an older DS4 ,my 2 new ones got flagged, and exaggerate my follow through to pass. Costed me a few shots a round since it's not natural for me. But it's adjust or you're out. Not cool to have to alter your swing just before Q-School!  |

Because that is an absolute joke You can check the thread last week, I got into somewhat an argument with Scott and Tim about that. If you apply very light pressure when you swing you chances of HB not recording all your swing data is super. TGCTours' API is stuck analyzing that incomplete data and it makes you look like you're more accurate than a robot. Check my API results in that thread and you'll see. Trust me, my swing is not that straight! Anyways, send them an email to be sure. |

But I have no intention on completely changing my approach to the game just for this, whether they care or not is not the point |
