I'm a tour rookie. By when do we have to submit scores?

I played round 1 and 2 of the Vancouver last night and checked the cut this morning. I realized I had written my scores down, but hadn't submitted them. So, I submitted them, went back to check the leaderboard and found that I had WD'd. OK, so chalk that up to rookie error, but when I went to register for the NEXT tournament, I don't see REGISTER? Is there a penalty for WD?

If I know the rules, I follow 'em, so guidelines would really help. Are they posted somewhere that I missed?

You needed to sign up for the next tournament by the end of last night. Unfortunately you will not be able to compete this week if you have not signed up!

Registration closes at 5am GMT Saturday morning for each coming weeks event. That is also the time you have to submit your first 2 round scores for the current event
