I'll update this more over the weekend by finishing the "increase loft" side of the punch chart. I plan on recording distances for the rest of clubs not listed and for the "decrease loft" side of the charts; however, because I rarely use the unlisted clubs or decreased loft, they probably won't get done until I finish up the other charts.

Thanks for doing this. I did the same thing in TGC2, but used the FADE side.

Thanks for doing this. I did the same thing in TGC2, but used the FADE side. You bet. Yeah, I tried using FADE but found it easier to find the middle of the "W" in DRAW than the "F" in FADE. The way the loft box is set up in 2019 makes it a lot more difficult to use either of those though, which is really annoying.

Your charts are vastly different then mine. You are 25% longer roll out then my charts and I’m using 170 my greens
be carefull. Many people do not like chart listing. It was a no no in TGC2

It was a no no in TGC2 Rollouts are never a good go to on a chart IMO as you have to take into account general firmness, green speed, AND the slope of the ground your ball lands on and also the slope of the ground/green it rolls out on. Too many factors to have a universal number to take as law. Think of rollout as the default and you have to adjust for all of those factors.
I only track the ball flight in the air and play rollout by feel.

Plus you really need to take o to account wins. I only really care about landing on the green. It’s good to have a base but this new game is so dependent on the swing.
I landed my driver 189 with very liottle wind and it rolled another 22 yards YIKES. I LOVE the slight randomness now
TGC was nothing but charts. Then TGC2 took most charts away and made you work a little more.

It was a no no in TGC2 grinder12000 Out of curiosity, how did come up with yours? I used the Course Designer a made one super long hold and leveled everything out so there was no fluctuation in elevation and winds were nonexistent, 0-1 mph crosswinds. Fairway firmness and roll were set in the middle at 0.5. Green firmness and speed were also set in the middle at 0.5 and 6.5, respectively. I have to admit, when I see people mentioning stuff about 170 or 165 greens or any other number, I have no idea what that means or where that number even comes from. Haha so please feel free to teach me something new. As for the chart listing, a yardage chart for pro clubs was requested by someone on a thread for a masters club chart and I was feeling philanthropic. Why don't people like chart listing? I ask because I can't say I've seen any posts about someone disapproving of another person posting a chart. Lastly, I completely agree with @swaeromotion regarding the rollouts. They should be used to give the player a general idea, not to be taken as gospel.

It was a huge thing when TGC2 came out. Telling people to NOT post charts. I think because TGC1 was such a huge advantage haveing every chart conceivable.
I have not seen this THIS time but there are many more people playing now and you actually need some thumb skill AND understanding your personal swing issues. For instance. For me chipping I always aim way to the left as i yank my chip shots.
I did what you did. Just created my own FLAT course with a HUGE green. Then made the green 170 for speed which is about average on TGcTours and I feel it takes the most skill to putt on. When you make your green and putt on it. Upper right hand corner will tell you speed. 170means your max length on a putt will go 170 feet.

anybody have a good 'driving range' course to go test these distances on? I built a one hole par 5 in designer and let it unpublished i can hit shots over and over. In TGC2 I made it totally flat with a couple bunkers to practice. The one built in 2019 not flat yet winds only 1-2 mph. You should build your own this way you can hit over and over.

Well if you like giving your competition help it’s OK. Hurts everybody else that do their own work and are not lazy

anybody have a good 'driving range' course to go test these distances on? The best one to use is one you make on your own so you can rewind the shot over and over again. Into water is best for carry in the air because as soon as it hits the water it cannot advance and you get ball flight only on screen.
