NOTE: Please do not post on rounds that have not been revealed on the leaderboard. Moderating is in effect and they will be removed. Please use the Locker Room threads to discuss rounds not revealed. Thanks! The Press Tent will be a feature on TGC Tours where you can come in after a round or tournament and answer some questions from the press. You can let off some steam or tell about some great (or not so great) shots. Some of your answers will be used in Tournament recaps. Have fun, keep it clean! Questions (answer as many or as few as you like) - What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
- What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
- What did you think of the course?
- How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
- Ask your own question and answer it!

Acid Flashback, over here! Can I ask you a couple of questions. Sure. Hi. Nice to be here.
How was your first round in the PGA Tour official? One word. Tough. The course was playing windy, and as you can see, I am one of the few out here. Me and my caddy that is.
Ahh, your cousin who has been helping himself to the complimentary drinks! Yes, he sends his compliments. Speaking of which, is dinner also free?
No. So how did you score today? With the winds gusting 13mph it was a bit of a gamble with the approach shots, and I left myself some longish putts. I was hoping to hit eight-under or better but managed to slip in a 66 or six under rather. Beautiful course, but I wish I had waited till the wind died down. You can really get close and have a go at a crazy low score.
What are your plans should you not make the weekend? Well we were going to extend our trip to include next weeks Super Bowl and The Farmer Insurance Open, but funds are running low and looks like we might have pawn off the Ring to pay for it all... you see ever since Sauramon took over NZ we have been a bit destitute.
Ok then. There must be someone else we can interview...

29 Birdies and 7 Pars! You must be pleased? Yes well of course I was the clubhouse leader after the first round with a score of -16. If you had offered me -13 in the 2nd I would probably have taken it so I am more than pleased to be at T2 going into the weekend!
Your putter just seemed on it. Time and time again you were giving yourself 10-15ft putts and virtually every one was going down! Yes I had a patch in the middle of Round 2 where I went -3 for 6 holes and that was the putter letting me down. Other than those 6 holes I went -26 for 30 holes so yes the putter was amazing!
I noticed a couple of shots on the Par 5's where you went in the bunkers near the green and looked happy?! Yes this was the case. In the practice rounds I had played all the Par 5 greens I made in 2 were leaving me with 60-80ft putts. Whilst I am confident of making these in 2 I am far more adequate at knocking the ball in the bunker/rough 20-30yrds out and flopping in to within 5ft. So thats the approach I took.
Well it certainly paid off! You birdied all 8 Par 5 Holes! How about the Par 3's? Well there was only 1 Par 3 out of the 8 that I failed to birdie! Its the Par 4's that let me down from being leader! But like I said I am happy!
Par 3: -7 (8 Holes) Par 4: -14 (20 Holes) Par 5: -8 (8 Holes)
The only hole you failed to Birdie was the last. Thoughts on that? Tough hole. Tough tough Hole. Initial drive is easy enough but if you leave your approach short like I did twice then you are left with a 40ft putt back up the hill. Was pleased with 2 pars after the 2 approaches. Best way to tackle it is aim at the flag and let your rool through take you up for a 10-15ft downhill Birdie attempt.
Thanks for stopping by and chatting. One final question... Can you win it? I have never had a top 10 finish in this tour yet and only 1 top 25. T10 is the goal and anything above that is a bonus!

We stop Fred Parrow after his 2nd round, hey where were you last week...you missed the Humana? Yeah well after the Sony Open in Hawaii I went out for a few drinks with Robert Allenby. Big mistake.
Gotcha. So you carded a solid 61, 60 for 23 under here. Happy? For sure. I got my rounds in late and there was a little pressure seeing what it would take to make the cut. A couple bogeys could have changed my chances entirely. Fortunately I was able to keep my card clean and should be playing this weekend.
Any highlights to share? I was able to sink a few long benders that had no right to go in but any advantage was lost by a few short misses. It all evened out I guess. I had a couple real testers to save par that were extremely satisfying too.
You are 7 strokes off the lead, is there hope? I would say too many things out of my control would have to happen. If I play my best I could maybe sneak into the Top 10.
Good luck and thanks for giving us a minute!

Round 2:
'Andrew walks to the podium' "Im just here so I don't get fined."
How did you feel you played out there compared to your expectations? "Im just here so I don't get fined."
Okay this needs to stop. "Im just here so I don't get fined."
Alright I think were done here... "Winks at reporter and walks away in the direction of the practice range."
