Just wondering, what makes that red cone thing wider or smaller?
sometimes It is very wide, and sometimes it is really narrow, and sometimes I see it changing, going narrower, in mid shot.
What causes that?

Cone size differs on the size of the club you use

Cone size differs on the size of the club you use Also the type of terrain you are in (the worse the lie/terrain, the smaller the red cone). Basically, heavy rough and plugged bunker lies are very bad.

It will also get smaller if you decide to adjust the loft on your club.

In short.... The more difficult the shot is to pull off, the narrower the cone.

The one I never can really figure out is sand shots that are above or below your feet. Sometimes I nut them and other times I hit them fat.
On a side note I have been having some major swing issues so I had to go the range and work it out. I switch back to normal swing from inverted and have had to change my swing path on the controller. I think it is working out for the better. But one thing I had to do was turn back on the shot feedback to figure some things out. I do not know how you guys play with that thing on. It was messing me up more than it helped me. IMOP it is too much information and you get to focuses on perfect perfect. I play better with it off.

I try not to let it dictate my mood, just let it be informational. Be as dispassionate as possible. Information to help, not influence my emotions. Accept the fast/slows, but I do use the misses left and right of the center of the cone. Some rounds I can figure it out and adjust, others I only kind of adjust for, and once in a while I am just stuck and change my aiming point accordingly.
