They were par 5's that gave you a chance, I liked them, you could get close, but you really had to nail your short, barely miss, and no cookies for you. Hole 16 I made a note to myself (and chaoz) dont go full throttle into that green or you will be left with a very long putt down a sidehill. I told myself I was going to lay up on this hole, but instead, through some more practice rounds, found a better alternative, went that route and it paid off, 1 eagle, 3 birdies, could have been better, could have been worse too if i had laid up all 4 times. the other par 5 (dont remember hole number) i went for every time, trying to get the ball to stop on the top tier where the hole is, almost had it once, but nevertheless, it was fun trying to stick it up there, and I felt i had that chance, i did not feel as if i needed to be rewarded for just getting it on the green. The thing is, at least for me, that I feel like I can easily make birdies laying up every time on a par 5 and that making eagles should be possible if you go for it. I tried every round to stop the ball on that second par 5 you talked about, with multiple tactics, to no avail. I think the par 5's at the Humana were a lot more favorable.

Ninja, making the green alone is a good chance at eagle, are you asking for gimmie eagle putts? Get outta hea.

Then get it closer to the cup, you act as thou its not possible I don't think it's unreasonable for me to request a decent chance for Eagle when I put it on in two from 240 out. On this last course specifically, unless you got a lucky bounce out of the rough it was basically impossible to have a look for eagle inside 50ft.

Simple as that. but thats not an opinion, you are saying something that is simply is untrue. hole 12, i got it inside 50ft twice, once being 48ft away, and once being 27ft away, those are decent eagle chances wouldnt you agree? hole 16, i got it within 15ft from the cup, that not manageable?

I would say 48ft is not a decent chance no. And if you actually got that many looks you must be a golfing God or something because while on the last course I probably had 10-12 eagles during tournament play I only had 2 this week. One was a holed flop shot on the first and the second was a mid iron into I think the 6th or 7th. I couldn't get a shot to give me a good look for eagle on any of the par 5s. Whether that be in my practice rounds or tournament play.

SHot 67 first round... figured I was out, another missed cut... So I started the second round(no pressure) and went on a birdie tear! shot my first sub 60 round with a 57! If I go on and miss this cut after that, I will be very sad...

XB1 Shot 60, 64 -20 to make the cut. Don't know if that's good enough. Taste, hope you're right. Shot 63, 58 to finish -23. Total of -43. Had a two foot birdie put in my final round, slipped and bumped it 1 foot. Red in the face on that one.
Great win last week taste.
