Haha yeah but you played well. Got my first consistent week in finally! That is always good. What did you think of the par fives on this course?

I'm a bad person. I pulled my first "wind wait". 14 mph on the first tee and I didn't pull the trigger. That's just way stronger than anything I've seen on this course in my practice rounds. I'm already not as good as plenty of guys that have already finished in calmer winds. Why punish myself? I played my first 2 rounds this morning. I decided to pick one player and do turn-based to keep myself from rushing and also adding a competitive element to get me going. I picked your ghost after seeing -10 in the 1st round and thought that was a good goal for me to shoot for. I had low winds, and had practiced the course a few times and felt it really suited my game. I pitched in for eagle on the first hole and was off to the races, finishing -14. I normally only play one round at a time, but I actually had the time to play and knew I couldn't give up those winds. Little did I know that you were about to blitz the course. Fantastic round 2, including that monster eagle putt on the last par 5. I still managed a -13 in round 2 so sitting pretty well. It was fun. Well played! Thanks man! That's a couple really good rounds by you. I've been finishing around 30th in the events I've entered so far. Trying to step up my game to compete with the best, but it's really a lot of pressure. Feels like you need to birdie every hole, and I don't hit my approach shots close enough at times. I still can't believe that long eagle putt of mine went in on that 2nd round. That was a nice feeling. I've only played two rounds so far as well. Good luck on the weekend!

I was probably being too generous when i said 'great'. They were 'good' but not the greatest i have played. You have a valid point there and i agree with you.

They were par 5's that gave you a chance, I liked them, you could get close, but you really had to nail your short, barely miss, and no cookies for you.
Hole 16 I made a note to myself (and chaoz) dont go full throttle into that green or you will be left with a very long putt down a sidehill. I told myself I was going to lay up on this hole, but instead, through some more practice rounds, found a better alternative, went that route and it paid off, 1 eagle, 3 birdies, could have been better, could have been worse too if i had laid up all 4 times.
the other par 5 (dont remember hole number) i went for every time, trying to get the ball to stop on the top tier where the hole is, almost had it once, but nevertheless, it was fun trying to stick it up there, and I felt i had that chance, i did not feel as if i needed to be rewarded for just getting it on the green.

Finished at 50 under. Started off good with a 15 under followed by a 14 under. 3rd round just didn't make enough putts & only shot 9 under. Finished with a 12 under. I still haven't been able to put 4 solid rounds together.

PS4 leader board is looking strong... I was hanging in there with a -10, -13 rounds 1 & 2, but then decided to play all four rounds in one shot and got skunked... -7 and -8 Rounds 3 and 4 -38 overall
