I really think you need to consider the upcoming European General Data Protection Regulations. The site stores and uses personal data from EU citizens - so you will be liable soon.... if you want to continue to allow us to use the service - which I hope you do!
I won't be complaining obviously - but any disgruntled player could - and the liabilities are quite massive; max penalty 20 million Euro's in your case. Which your data protection officer would be liable for.
At the very least I think you should add a "privacy policy" to the footer of the main site - that should give you some basic legal ass covering. Enforcement comes into play 25th May.
