While I don't have any issue with changing the deadline for the pre-cut rounds (moving it up a day or so), I'm not a big fan of separating them and introducing another deadline. Having multiple intermediate deadlines is more prohibitive to the health of the tournaments than a smaller percentage of the fields turning in late scores for whatever reasons (and no, those reasons are not limited to wind-waiters and practice milkers though I'm sure there are some)

if round 1 and 2 submissions moved up then why not take the next step and wait to open up rounds 3 and 4 until after the cuts are made. As it stands now if someone has favorable winds one can just play all 4 rounds at once. Moving rounds 3 and 4 would allow a much shorter timeframe for those rounds and the winds may not be as favorable for those making the cut. I realize it would be more work to set up but it's something I would suggest if we're concerned about winds.
I travel for work frequently but am usually home on weekends. I just play when my travel schedule allows. This week I had to wait until Thursday due to travel, but the first couple of weeks I played the opening weekend. I did recently switch from playing on my ps4 to a laptop to accomodate my travel schedule a little better. If changes are made I'll try to work it in.
These tours are the founders and various volunteers sandbox and it's our privilege not our right to play in them. Everyone needs to chill out and remember it's only a game! You'd think we are playing for real money with the way everyone is getting all worked up on some of these recent issues. I have yet to make a cut missing both by 1 stroke. Looks like I might make it this week on the number. But I'm still having lots of fun in this game trying to make cuts and improve while playing this tour!

Well by this threads reasoning , both myself and I do believe Doy;ey also would have been DQ from at least one tourny, why? because we were to busy doing things pertaining to the continuance of TGCTOURS
Is it just me or is there a sudden surge in the desire to make this place a restrictive driven agenda?

I agree Thrangar. I was being facetious with my comment on making rounds 3 and 4 separate with a shorter window. Just trying to make a point about the desire of some to move the round 1 and 2 submission windows. I have no idea why there is a need to change anything with the timing of any of the rounds. I travel for work and others have other committments throughout the week. We all should play whenever we have time and for the enjoyment of playing. If that timing allows playing early in the week or late in the week so be it. It's within the timing set forth so it's perfectly acceptable. I don't wait out winds I just play when I have time. If some do wait out the winds there's not much that can be done. They'll still wait them out even with the shorter windows. I play for enjoyment and am definitely trying to improve. I will likely never compete for wins or even have top 10's but I'm ok with that. If this game or tour quit being fun I'll quit playing. Right now I'm enjoying the heck out of it!

I would like to see r1 and r2 deadline move up. (Like by wed) But that's not going to solve the wind problem. I've said it before , if I see a single digit wind on hole 1 I play and I finish the round, if I see a double digit wind on hole 1 I go back into the clubhouse. (My caddy is very small she doesn't like high winds) lol. So far I've finished the first 3 weeks of tournaments before they even official started. Currently I played the first 2 rounds of week 4. I would love for everybody to play the same winds but sorry I'm not going to play a round in some crazy high winds if I don't have too. But I don't have the patience to wait for a very low wind neither. Majority of my rounds are played in winds between 4-10 mph.
