Coming to you live from my new PC, I was running 12-15 fps on Low settings with my Laptop GPU slightly overclocked, If I ran High or medium I'd drop to 8fps in a few holes due to GPU temp.
I now run 25+ on High or 35-40 on medium graphics settings and haven't even opened afterburner yet!. This has changed the game dramatically for me. All I can say is WOW, this is a whole new and much more enjoyable game, not to mention I can tell already this will have a positive affect on my swing, especially putting. I could almost read the brand on my ball as it rolled across the green today. This is literally a whole new game now and I can't get enough of it. Look out Par, here I come

12-15 fps must of killed your putting. Game plays very well on a gtx 970 I must say

Game plays very well on a gtx 970 I must say yeah Putting was an absolute disaster, and every time I got comfortable with it they put out an update  Now after some tweeking of settings I'm running 40-45 fps on High so I'm pretty darn happy about that. It's amazing how much difference there is.  |

It's amazing how much difference there is. Mine goes from 60 down to low 40's on high with 5 object detail settings, have to put vsync on though otherwise get terrible screen tearing. Shame you can't play your first tournament again  on your new pc |

Did you get a new laptop or a desktop? Desk, nothing really wrong my the laptop. I just got the laptop the last time my Home PC crapped out and I've been meaning to get a new one for about 2 years LOL This game just moved it to the top of the priority list finally |

Used to play on desktops some 10 years back but it's only been laptops since then.
Got a new one for this game too. =)
