Finally back in the Basterd saddle. Interesting course today with the pencil thin fairways. Thought it made a nice challenge trying to hit them and didn't fare too badly. Watch it all go tits up when I try to hit the wide expanses of Albamont in the BL tomorrow!!

Not sure which course your playing one was by Palo the other Doecoba and both tend to make fairways realistic and not wide open, and make you think about your shots for damn sure!! Have not been able to fit IB into my schedule but when I saw that Torrey Pines South by Anders was the course I had to play. One of the only tour courses I have ever had the privilege to play IRL and this is a spot on rendition (as I remember it from the mid to late 80s).

One for the designer HoneyBadgerHacker (Sandy Boots) Love this course and was going well until I landed here. Every time I took a shot I just got a splash in water. Couldn't get out no matter what I tried. Too late to declare unplayable so took a maximum. Probably more of a HB game fault than a design issue but as I know diddly squat about the course creator so I thought I'd mention it just in case there is something than can be done.  |
