We're having issues with the API auto grabbing scores quick enough to meet some deadlines. So while we have set deadlines for 4am UTC (Thursday) and 8am UTC (Sunday) if you finish close to those your scores may not show up in time.
For the time being please try to finish at least 3 hours ahead of any posted deadline if you want to ensure your scores will show up in time. We're working to optimize but until that time, give yourself a wide berth of any deadline!

Really, though, it took like 4-6 hours for my R4 on TST to show up last week.

Last week it was taking hours for the scores to even show up in the data, let alone be processed by our site. Since that part is out of our hands, the only thing we can suggest is to play early and play often.

Tell me about it!! Due to work constraints, I was close with my 2nd round in Masters Qualifying but when I tried to play the 3rd a day or so later, it started to overwrite my round 2 score so I dropped out right after hole 1 but it had already now changed my R2 score for hole 1 by adding the par I just made. This also got me demerits for not finishing & I got well hosed.

Sorry if I should know the answer to this, but I am brand new to the TGC and this thread confused me slightly - what is the latest I am can play me first couple of rounds for a competition? Is it ok to play all four rounds on a Saturday or do I need to post up round 1 or round 2 earlier in the week, before the Thursday 4a.m UTC deadline? Again, sorry if I should know the answer to this, but thought I ought to ask just in case I played late and got it wrong.

If you play PGA, Euro, or Web.com, then rounds 1 and 2 need to be completed by Thursday. If you are playing on the Challenge Circuit, then you have until Saturday to play all 4 rounds. The Thursday deadline for Rounds 1 and 2 apply to tours where there is a cut.

Ok, thank you for the explanation. I am down in the bowels of the TGC tour, so am relieved I have a bit longer to get my act together!

Point I make is this: Things are running slow, slow, slow! Hour or two since I finished my crap R1 and R2 TST rounds and nothing here at TST. HB get them hamsters on the wheel going!

I finished my first two Heritage rounds about 11 hours ago and they still haven’t posted. It’s like a California freeway at the moment ...

PS4 API is currently undergoing maintenance at HB. They are saying we should have data again this afternoon/evening (Eastern Time).
