I thought the original intent was for the World Tour to be the top20-25 players who are the ones who realistically have a shot to win each week. Being a bottom feeder on the World Tour with 0% chance to ever win is very depressing.

World Tour was always meant to be the size of a full cut (70 players).

Ah ok. For some reason I thought it was just supposed to be the elite of the elite. Sounds like the 70 player mark was the target. I thought it was an ~25 player target
