What about a cut line after the first two rounds for the CC- Pro tour and the same for the CC- Am tour, Instead of all this strikes and double strikes. The exemptions would still be in play for a chance to move up, If you don't make the cut that week more time to get ready for the next week.

Gives more opportunity to play a full tournament to our largest user base.
