can you give the rest of us a chance at winning next time what a good course LOL Jives! Still a lot of courses in potentia out there, but hopefully gives you guys something decent to strive for. Glad you like it though. Thanks! |

I see three courses already completed - that was quick work gentlemen. Once again I am looking forward to playing them. I am glad it is Easter with days off cause after having all nine holes layed out and starting to work on details, I was not happy with it and decided to delete most and redo the holes. I got the rough outline of nine holes done now and looks much more promissing but seems like a long way to go yet to make place look like a park - at least I know what I shall be doing over Easter. Only real problem I have is that I lack a nice red house in designer for the name Red House Park  Have fun designing and playing everyone |

For Crazy Crow Creek Estates I'm using the method where I completely develop one hole at a time as opposed to laying down all 9 holes and then polishing them later.
I'm not revealing any WIP pics for this project but I will probably have it published sometime in the next week or two so people have a chance to hopefully give it a few plays before the contest deadline.
It will be an Autumn themed Par 36 course with some moderate elevation change and a winding creek with a few other ponds as hazards. I'm going for the look of a gloomy yet prestigious landscape between a neighborhood of old styled private wealthy estates.
So far the courses that have been published look really nice! Going to be hard to beat.

Finally getting to work on the course, RCR's are the only courses I really build so a first time attempt at my own design. First 2 holes laid out, going to do a rough sculpt while laying it out and then come back to polish it at the end

It is an option I considered but since course for Pandora 1 contest was created in harvest theme with a bunch of red trees I decided to go with another theme. Your comment however has made med re-think and I think red flowers will come into the design now. Again, thanks for sharing your idea which is much appreciated |
