With over 3,000 members, would it make sense to add a developmental tour.My proposal would be structured this way:
WORLD TOUR
PGA
EUROPEAN
WEB
A & B PRO TOUR
C & D AM TOUR
E & Z DEVELOPMENTAL TOUR
EACH LEVEL WOULD POSSIBLY BE ABLE TO PLAY DIFFERENT CREATED COURSES FOR TOURNAMENT
PLAY.

It's already difficult to find quality courses suitable for CC-Am, and it's just as hard to get them all rangered. Also, I think TGCT is limited in the number of Societies it can run to host all the events.
Ideally, I support the idea because getting more courses by more designers out there is always desirable, but it's more overhead for the already-thin volunteer staff.

In an ideal world post 1 is amazing!!!
In a realistic world post 2 is spot on!!!
