I can switch this to Friday if that’s better. Friday night is clear on my end, but you definitely don’t have to change things up on my account. Whatever works best for you and the judges is fine by me. EDIT: I just re-read the announcement. For whatever reason it didn’t sink in that the contest would END tomorrow night 🤦♂️. Would love to be around to see how it shakes out, but like I said, do what you’ve gotta do. |

Do a mid afternoon stream so Sam can celebrate his victory! I would love to, except that eliminates another 80% of the audience that would be working here in the U.S. Bummer either way I think. |

Start on the 6th green for round 2 and you won’t have to skip the 15th Umm, then that course doesn't get a full playthrough. LOL Also, I like the idea of a 6-hole debate going on in the chat. Haha |

Somebody is out for my blood! Trust me to be up against the course I like the most lol. Tipped Monterey from the start. Good luck Jeremy 👍 Good luck to you as well, Joe. If I'm being honest, this is the matchup I've wanted to see happen from the get-go. Not necessarily to see which course reigns supreme, but because of the styles. Both of us took a page from the MacRaynor playbook for this one and produced courses that contain a number of the classic template holes. You stayed true to the MacDonald/Raynor/Banks look and style, while I opted for a totally different feel, matching the course to its fictional setting on the Monterey Peninsula. The result: Two courses that couldn't look any more different, yet two courses which, in their bones, are next-of-kin. I'm not going to begin to predict who wins, but either way this matchup will produce a worthy entrant to the final 6. |

Ugh, there are several people who do have plans for Friday as well, so I'm kinda leaving someone out either way. I was hoping doing it on a Thursday would leave everyone open on their Friday night.

Very sorry guys, trying my best to cater especially to the top 12, but I'm hearing from some that tonight isn't good, and others that tomorrow isn't good. So might as well stick to tonight so that the winners can just celebrate on Friday night instead. LOL

ANNOUNCEMENT: Final Stream, Tonight @ 9pm EST on the VctryLnSprts Twitch channel
I will announce the winners of the Round 4 matchup, and then the rankings of the final 6 in a play-through stream on Thursday night. I put the names of these final 12 courses in a hat to randomly decide which courses I’d play, and Riverbend Golf Club and Razorback Ridge were pulled, so here’s how it will work:
Round 4 Results
I will play a round at Riverbend Golf Club for fun, and every three holes I’ll announce the winner of a match. So on the 3rd green, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, and 18th green I’ll provide another winner. That will leave us with the final 6 left in the competition, where the rules state that they will be stack-ranked based on the judges’ average scores for those courses to determine the top 3 prize payouts.
Round 5 Results (the Finals)
I will play a full round at Razorback Ridge GC for fun, and every three holes I’ll announce the rankings, starting with 6th place. We will skip the 15th green, since after hole 12 you’ll know the top two remaining courses, and the winner will be announced on the 18th green.
There is no twist between round 4 and the final round, so for a bit of extra fun, I will have some of the judges that use XBox join me for the rounds to play along and chat LIVE (probably ghost ball to save time).
This will be a fun night to celebrate these top courses and to wrap up what was, hopefully, a fun event for the community to follow.

I’ll have a longer post tomorrow evening when I have a chance to sit down at the computer, but congrats Matt! We were together step-for-step the whole way and there was no course I would have rather lost to in the final matchup than you.
Eric and the judges. Awesome job and thanks for your time and dedication to this contest. It was an absolute blast. No regrets with 2nd here. Cheers everyone!
