I've laid down 4 holes...still tinkering with what the final lighting, palate, texture choices, etc will be. Also, since Israel has a diverse landscape, not which I should go with. I've narrowed down to two, but trying to keep it open to alter if I choose to flip it.
Here's a quick peek at the current direction.

Just a note, the toxic green rough is likely to change. I use that when designing so I can easily designate rough from heavy rough. You never know though...it does look good when outlining the greens

If you want my opinion, the colors look really good. If you change the rough to be just a bit more muted after designing it, I think this texture selection is spot on for what you're going for. Looks beautiful so far!

7 holes laid down and 60% planted. Thought I'd celebrate my progress with an aerial picture of a few holes.

I’ve hit a bit of a wall. Been working on one hole for 10 days now and still not happy with it. Started planting it and it’s looking better, but I’ve realized that even if I put 100hrs into one hole, it still doesn’t look as artistically good as most elite designers can do in a few hours.
One positive note is I think I’ve finalized my lighting/orientation/weather.

All my holes are down. Have tested from multiple tees and club types (except normal). Now it's a matter of how much effort I want to place into additional eye candy around the holes.
