This keeps happening to me lately. I do the hard reset but it doesn't ever open just stays at moderate or goes to strict.
Can anyone help

This keeps happening to me lately. I do the hard reset but it doesn't ever open just stays at moderate or goes to strict. Can anyone help I used to have this problem. What I did was to put my router into modem mode and the problem went away. I'm on Virgin Media and it was their router causing the problems. I ended up getting another router and plugging it into the VM one, that way I still have full router access for all my devices and don't have to switch between router mode and modem mode. |

Easiest way to get open Nat is to sent your security to DMZ. If you are on a PC it probably won't be a good idea because it opens everything up and you would have high risk of viruses. If it's for a console then the risk is low. I have my Xbox set to DMZ but everything else in the house is not.
You can Google it as well.
