Just curious, what making the cut means ? I think I just made the cut at the last tournament.

The "cut". so if you look at a leaderboard for a tourney, there is an imaginary line that is drawn on the leaderboard after every player's scores have been submitted for the first two rounds of a tourney. This is the "cut" line. Typically the cut line will be the top 70 scores plus ties. Those top 70 + players become eligible to compete in rounds 3 & 4 of the tourney. The cut line rules can change for certain tourneys such as majors, wgc events, invitationals, and team play(Ryder, Presidents Cups). Hope this answers your question.

Thats interesting, I didn't know what that meant exactly.Especially since I play all 4 rounds, so I guess If you don't make the cut, the last 2 rounds just don't get counted. Thanks for the info.
