My entry into VctryLnSprts Fantasy Tour Theme Challenge. Welcome to Chief Lomu's Treasure. This remote course is located on an island near Bora Bora and the only access is by water plane. You arrive the night before and will be treated to the full Polynesian experience. Chief Lomu will personally welcome you to the island before one of the local tribesman escorts you to an exclusive hut on the lagoon. In the morning you will be provided with Polynesian golf attire and a caddy. Par 72 White Tees (6,857 yards) Blue Tees (7,186 yards) Black Tees (7,497 yards)back The front nine winds it way through a jungle and the back nine opens up providing mountain views as well as a short trip across to Skull Island. I hope you enjoy your round. PS: There are also three treasure chests hidden throughout the course. Find all three and your next visit is 50% off.

Wow. Recorded myself testing the course out, came in with zero expectations and gradually became more and more in love with it as I played on. Here's the vid: Apologies to VctryLnSprts, Ravenswood's 3-month long no.1 spot on my favourite courses list has finally been usurped...

Noooooooooooooo!
Haha, that's awesome though, glad I was overtaken by a course coming out of the contest I'm hosting, that makes me very happy.*
*Now I'm just going to work that much harder to get back to the top of your list with another design! ;-)

Nice job, enjoyed the course! I was only able to find one treasure chest, though. I figured there was one on Skull Island and planned to look around a little while I was there, but after rowing across I was too tired to do anything other than try to hit the ball.
Loved the skull, great job!

Really nice course! Very clean & neat looking design with some really interesting rock work. Didn't have time to finish my round so I didn't come across your unique skull but what a creative idea. I'll be back to finish up & I'm certain you'll be seeing a lot of plays. Thanks for all your time & effort!

Aint found a friggen chest of gold yet..... Am I blind? LOL Really enjoyed it Jason....Nice work here brother....I liked how you took some of the plants and really enlarged them....Risky but I thought it really worked well here and didnt look out of place to me at all.. Nice routing really enjoyed the 5th and 6th hole designs. and absolutely agree with poster above about creativity of those holes as well... Id give anything to have the imagination and a smidgen of thought process to come up with some of the hole routing ideas like you have here and the last course Nai Palm I just played..You fellas are so talented.... Great work sir....enjoyed it and shall definitely play again.. Watch out for that Nesbit dude, I hear he has sticky fingers and Chief Whats his face may not like him rummagin' through the gold chest... ha ha ha... Terry

Wow, how can I get a sixth star to give this! Didn't find any treasure :-( What I loved was the hotel complex, planting those planks must have taken a while. Also loved the fern style designs on the greens and tees. Question, was the fish shaped island deliberate or a happy little accident? Thank you for the joy this gem provided, top work Jason! Pleased I'm not judging this contest, played two courses so far and both are amazing, good luck with that Eric.

Thanks for the kind comments. Looks like you had a good look around if you spotted the fish shaped island and the fern shaped patterns (you are the first to mention those). Question, was the fish shaped island deliberate or a happy little accident? Deliberate. There is also a Dolphin shaped bunker. Bob Ross is the only one who has happy little accidents. PS: If you want to know where to look for the Treasure Chests PM me.
