I don't see a thread on here for this course, but the creator of Oaken Hills GC and Emerald Lake GC (Konsta Kokkonen) has put out another design called Coeur d'Alene Resort GC! If you haven't played the first two courses, I highly recommend them, and this designer deserves a TON of credit for the amount of detail that goes into these designs, particularly in the hours that are put in with retaining walls and "eye candy." I'm not sure if Konsta is on the forums, but these designs deserve recognition for their high quality and fun to play. Absolutely great work here!

very nice, would be great for TST imo despite the tricky greens, we had Oaken Hills recently which everybody really liked.

^^ The amount of flowers around that green are giving me lag before I even open the course in game....lol
Quality designer, will definitely have to check it out.

Just did a casual play-through of this course on my Twitch, and it is absolutely fantastic. I played terribly, as I seem to have continued struggles with my tempo lately and I'm making poor course management decisions, but these things go in waves on this game. So you won't see anything spectacular here, except an eagle on a par 4, but the course itself is great!

I really don't know much about this course at all, but I love playing it. It really does look and feel like a really well executed RCR. Five stars and a favorite for sure! Here is my round...

Back on topic -- I really enjoyed my first round here. Must try Emerald Lake GC next, because I really like Coeur and Oaken Hills. Top design effort!

Major issues on this course for me with the trees not rendering correctly on the first 6/7 holes - until I got really close to them, they appeared as the very blurry versions that you get in the very far distance / edge of the plot.
But then sorted itself out on the back nine.
Just think there were simply too many trees on those first few holes
(This is on PC with a decent rig btw, so not an issue with my computer not being able to process courses properly)

Tried that - and yes, it makes the trees fine - but then makes the course laggy as hell. (and I am not one to complain about lag ever)
Nice course - but simply too many trees and bushes. Shame.

Thank you for playing the course guys. Just let you know that I finally made a profile here on tgct forums as well. Currently working on my next project, a recreation of TPC Louisiana which hosts the Zurich Classic of New Orleans on April.
