Like the subject suggests, is there an easier way to do "rock walls" rather then placing every rock one by one that i have missed? To stay somewhat true to real life i would have to do around 2km of these, but well....that aint happening unless i missed some trick To make it look good i suspect "one by one" is the only way to go, but a cheap and dirty way would be good enough for me at this stage! especially for all that isnt in the middle of landing areas and greens By rock wall i mean this kind of "wall"

I use smaller rocks and spam-place them by mashing the X button (PS4; A Button on XBox). I switch, resize, and rotate and spam-place again. I repeat this until I get most of the area covered. It probably takes me about 20+ rounds to get the area mostly covered. Then, I start placing individual rocks to make each area look like I didn't just spam-place 100 rocks that are all the same. Lastly, I fill in the gaps with bushes and plants. Here's an example of how it looks when I am done:

thank you! is that screen from la playa? think thats the only course of yours i havent played yet, but that green area looks beautiful Pretty much done with all "stonework", have once section left but not sure if the plantmeter will allow it or not, will have to save it for dead last as its up to 95% or so and i still have some more important planting to be done still. but its so close to being done now, a good feeling. (suspect it might be unplayable on consoles tho lol) I started trying to do "all" as individual stones(size, type, rotation and merges) but i soon got too lazy ended up doing the same bigger stone as a base(but rotated and/or merged) spamming it, and then smaller on top with more variation, still mindnumbing but atleast only half the work. Wish you could do the "multi select" and copy instead of just "moving", would save so much time on both this kind of stuff but also on forests. But anyways, thanks for your tip

is that screen from la playa? The one I shared above is actually from Molokai Golf Club. That course was a collaboration with friendBOMBER and UrsusArctos. friendBOMBER was the team captain, so he got the honor of publishing it. This one is from La Playa Vacia
