Just wondering about the flag by my name, is it suppose to represent the country I am playing from, or my nationality. I currently live in the states, however I am English, so was not sure which flag I should use?

Totally up to you. We have no requirement, per se. Maybe ask yourself, "If going to the Olympics, which country would I represent?" and go with that.
