I'm starting to sweat on my -14 -14 is a lock to make it. get the towels and dry off Cleaning the clubs and texting Hank Haney for some coaching. I need to shoot way better than I did the first two rounds. A bit disappointed at those.

update:
Quin Erzinger finally submitted his 2 rounds, an impressive 65, and not so impressive 69 for a -10 total for the two rounds, he will miss the cut by one stroke.
there is now 8 players yet to submit both rounds, and 3 players yet to post their 2nd round.
cut is still holding firm @ -11

Missed it. By a country mile. Shot -10 every round in my practice, then can barely break par. Ugh.

8 players remain, if 3 clear 11 under, the cut line will be 12. I suspect we wont get 3 -12 or better partially because of a couple of no shows.

4 to go, 1 needed (better than 11 under) to move the cut line. The biggest story here is Charles Chapman - he gets a PGA card if the cut line is at 11 under.

And now 5 golfers remain (1 needing to shoot their 2nd round) and all it will take is 1 to move the cut line to -12. Oh the tension for those sitting at -11!

-11 is the new mark right at 70.
Michael Turner at -2 has one more round to go and only four players remain who haven't played.
It looks like -12 is a lock mathematically now. WOOT.
Time to buy new clubs!

Yup, time is turning its ugly head on some golfers, some yet to play and some hanging in the balance:
Last night there were 9 players yet to play, today there is only four left, of those 9, here is what they shot if they played:
Mike Vaughn -13 Charlie Mattax -14 Quin Erzinger -10 (not making cut) Michael Turner -2 (through 1 round, chances are he will not make the cut, needs a -9 or better 2nd round) Michael Franzen -6 (not making cut)
leaving these guys all yet to play either round: James Johnson Nate Myers Lee Church Chris Gollain
These below were all players that needed to produce their 2nd rounds yesterday, and they all have: Andrew Kulchar was -9 through 1, now he sits pretty at -16 easily making the cut and bumping cut line as excepted. Kent Hansen shot a 68 second round to finish at -12, this is a lock for the cut. John Kemmerzehl shot a 66 second round to finish at -13, also a lock to make the cut. Chris Barson, who was on the bubble with his -6 through one, shot an impressive 63 (-9) second round to move all the way up to -15 through 2, safely making the cut.
Breakdown of cut line now? 6 way tie for 70th spot, leaving just one of the remaining players needed to shoot -12 or better to make me look very smart (see the original post here) will either of these guys even produce their rounds today? and if they do, will they shoot -12 or better? Will Mr. Jobs miss the cut today? What about the sponsored Charles Chapman (S) sitting @ -11, all 6 of the -11 guys will be watching very close to see if they are in......or out.

Chris Gollain has shot his first round, shot a 68 (-4), he will need to shoot a 65 (-7) to tie the current cut line or shoot a 64 (-8) to bump the cut line to -12. Will he make the cut?

This has been really fun to follow. Thanks taste and others. Probably this is more fun because I'm at -13.
