Played two rounds over the weekend. Played a practice round at some other course and lost the ability to "continue" my tour round and it started me over.
I played all four rounds last night so it wouldn't happen again.
What scores do I need to post or do I need to DQ myself?

You cannot restart a tournament so I am guessing that you played an unofficial TGCTOUR event.

When you play another course between tournament rounds the continue box will go away , however you can continue event by going to tournaments and looking for tournament choosing it and you will get a splash screen with option to continue
