The Dusty Lion Club (East) vs Elysian National Golf Club All of the notes pretty much matched up on Elysian, so not going to repost the same things. If either are insterested in a super detailed breakdown then Pm me and I'll do a personal stream where I touch on most everything good and not so good. As to this matchup...2 very different courses. Ola took some chances on Dusty Lion...some were more successful than others. There's an abundance of short holes here, but notice it more after multiple plays than just playing it for the first time. Clint, on the other hand, has an abundance of loooong holes. he does have a few short ones as well, but it creates a feel of extremes when playing a round here. It's either super long or super short. That may not literally be the case, but it's the feel you get when playing rounds here. Both courses are clean and make use of interesting features along the way. I fully expect both courses to be featured as tour venues in season 3 as well. All of these matchups get tougher as we advance from round to round, and this no exception. Both courses gave judges something to think about, but there's only 1 moving on... and the winner is... The Dusty Lion (East)

Parque de Golf Chapultepec vs The Kenzatillie Club Both of these received notes in round 1, so not sure the comments are going to differ any in this round. If either of you are looking for of a more in depth critique then PM me and I'll do a stream where I cover just about everything. This one wasn't easy to judge as both courses grade out about the same. In terms of playability there's very little difference in points. On my scorecard I have Vinegar edging Jives in the looks department as Parque sometimes feels "drab" with a lack of contrast in the pallet. Jives gets those points back as he took a few more chances around the course...it just lends Parque to a few more interesting shots along the way than Kenzatillie. Both courses are very clean, both courses have some areas that could have been cleaner. All in all both are courses that will be seen on tour this coming season, and truly hate to send one out this round. However, it's the nature of the beast and only one is moving on... and the winner is... Parque de Golf Chapultepec

My lack of time to take and test chances costed me. I'm not at all surprised. The course is a little too straight-forward for my liking, too. Not the best course I have made. Congratulations, jivesinator! The playability and shot values at PdGC is superb. Good luck in the Semis!

Congratulations, jivesinator! The playability and shot values at PdGC is superb. Good luck in the Semis! The weird thing is I never considered what I was doing as "taking risks", I was just focused on making solid golf holes that brought out every club and most shot types. Anyway I'll be looking forward to seeing Kenzatillie in a tournament whenever it gets scheduled.

Hey! Congrats to me and jives. Good luck moving forward. No losers in here tbh, but I don't want to repeat what everyone else is saying in all of the other brackets so let's just agree that our 4 courses are the best in the competition and move on. Laters
