Hi guys, In an effort to encourage more of this, I'm opening this thread for anyone to include their twitch links or announce when they plan to play and broadcast. I'm beginning Round 1 coverage of the Sony Open for myself at around Noon today if you want to come heckle. LB

Did you do a Rory and set your alarm clock to the wrong time zone? I've been patiently standing behind a bunker on the 1st fairway holding a sign saying "Hit it here" for the last half hour.

I got a hole in, and then the sheep dip has hit the fan since here. Waiting for my fiancee to come back so I can continue so I can play without the 16 month old climbing all over me.

I've assured the PGA one less person to worry about getting past the cut this week by playing in 16-21 MPH winds the whole time. And obviously right now, I find it far from fair that people can sit on their hands (I could say it far more colorful for how I really feel) and wait for a certain wind speed. "What, 6 MPH Winds? TOO WINDY! STAYING HOME!"
In the end, that's gaming the system.

I feel your pain. I watched a little of your twitch feed and those winds were brutal. I ran into the same thing last week at Ascension. I had a night set aside to get my rounds in last week and the darn wind started at 14 mph and progressively got worse by round 3.

I typically just play in what the game gives me...but if the winds are low...I sometimes decide to play another round instead of playing again the next day.

I played my first 2 rounds last night in about 2-5mph winds and probably should have just finished all 4 right then. I got on today to start round 3 and the wind was at 20mph lol settled down to mostly 13-17mph but definitely added a few strokes to my score. Oh well.

I don't mind playing in the wind...don't like it but I'll do it. What kills me is when the winds shows 2 mph and it is really 20! Figured that out the hard way on the first tee at a practice round at North Atlantic. I guess ya gotta pay attention to more that just the hud for wind speed.......

I don't mind the wind either, I actually like a 7-10mph wind. But when It starts kicking at 15-20 or even 25mph then no thanks. I don't feel there's anything to prove by playing in a tornado
