At this point, the majority of tickets we're getting for "I'm not showing on the leaderboard" are gamertag issues. Gamertags have to match exactly and are case-sensitive. The API is case-sensitive so we have no way around this. If you're not showing up, please check to make sure that your gamertag in your tgctours.com profile exactly matches. For example, if your gamertag is Many3putts then: many3putts will not work Many3Putts will not work MANY3PUTTS will not work Only Many3putts would work. To Edit Your Profile:Login to tgctours.com Hover over your name in the upper right corner and click Edit Profile.

If we just edited our profile to make sure the caps are in the right places, do we need to do anything else to ensure your site can get our society scores? Should I just keep checking on the Q-School leaderboard to see if my name shows up there at some point?

If you just edited it, they should show up at the top of the next hour - so likely in 17 minutes from this post or possibly already there since you got it in prior to last hour's score grab.

FYI - casing issue should hopefully be a thing of the past soon.

My gamertag is correct in my profile for the PS4, but my scores are not showing up. I have checked case sensitivity, it is correct. I am on the Web.com tour, but my scores are not there. I played my first two rounds yesterday and the scores show correctly on the society leaderboard. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you guys.

If you can give me an exact time/time zone I'd do some digging thx! We have your scores but you are DQ'd which usually means they came in after the deadline for the cut. Want to make sure we don't have an issue with the timing.

I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. I am not 100% sure of the exact time I completed the 2nd round, but I would guess around 11:25 est. I do know that I checked the website upon completion and there was still time left on the "All scores due by: " ticker, but I can't remember exactly how many minutes were left.

Found a bug in how things were set up that caused rounds that were completed between 11pm and 12pm to not make it into the system before the cut was processed. Fixed going forward. Unfortunately we won't be able to reverse it this week for those it affected.

This has been addressed by HB - no longer case sensitive - you still need them spelled the exact same though.
