It's with great pleasure that, we at TGC Tours, will hand out our first TGC Tours 5-star Badge of Approval to one of our own - Job Fickett for his work on Ballyntyne National Golf Course! The review is up - go have a look at it!Now before you go all "hey, that's not fair - you can't just give it to your own staff" on me, know that this is going to make Job just as uneasy being the first to get it! Well bollocks to that! Job has been working tirelessly behind the scenes - both here at the site and in his personal life and there's no reason for him not to be the first. In the end, the course speaks for itself. It truly is a masterpiece. With that said, Job will now have the pleasure of returning the favor - rumor has it there are multiple courses currently submitted that are in line for the 5-star badge. Only time will tell which courses will get the highest honor from TGC Tours.

Job is the man. He deserves this. You guys don't even know the time he has taken to make this site what it is. His attention to detail to not only his reviews but this course is obvious. I could think of none better to get the first 5-star badge!
Take a bow man, you earned it!

Well played Job. Great track and if anything, your new one is even better. Could be a 5.25 ;-)

Nice. Though on number 9 my approach shot rolled off the green into a bunch of rocks, I assume protecting the water, but I rolled inside the rocks and when I attempted a loft - it ricocheted off one of the rocks and cost me a stroke. Nice course nonetheless.

I finished second in this course last week on the LGGT PS4 Tour. Great course overall. Holes 9 & 18 are a bear into the wind though.
Also, excuse the fuzziness of the image. The app hasn't been updated to take advantage of the iPhone 6 Plus display and is using the zoom scalers in iOS 8

I'm very humbled to receive this honor. All course designers just want to get a course out there that will provide fun, challenging rounds for all players. Ballyntyne was built to be tough, and it is. But it's also fair, and I think (hope) it will withstand the test of time. Thanks for giving it a play, and thanks, friends, for giving it this honor.

Gratz! Beautiful course. The greens are what makes Ballyntyne National so challenging. Personally I did not enjoy those greens. Bumpy and way too hard for me. But thats just me not being very good... 8/
Cheers from Germany
