Stat error in PGA Exhibition Event (Leelanau Bluffs)

Was looking at the leaderboard and clicked on the (at the time) top score.  Showed 42 putts including 2 putting three separate par 3's in which they scored a 2 for the entire hole.

Looking at the entire field, it seems everyone has extra putts counted: www.tgctours.com/tournament/PlayerTourneyStats/2367

Edit: Seems like they may have 18 putts too many counted?!

Edit2: I don't design at all, so no idea if this is a 'thing' or not: Are the tee boxes actually made from greens in the designer maybe?

Looked at the other tournaments up, and it is also happening on the Web tournament @ Congressional. The Euro, and both of the CC tournaments do not seem to have this error.

Also, the longest putts are in the 800's and 900's ft range.
