I have to agree with somebody else in this thread that said that once you get the swing down on this game it is much easier than TGC1. Disagree. For the simple reason that even once you have the swing down, mistakes will still occasionally be made, and now they are actually punished. In TGC1 - a mistake was being 15 feet from the pin
Looking at the scorecards of the top players I am seeing Pars on Par 5's, the odd bogey that just wouldn't have happened on TGC1. And sure, the easier firmness will counter some of that, but the net result IMO is still that it plays 2-3 shots harder.
This course/tees were clearly selected with a big/mixed ability field in mind. Tougher tracks played from the tips will be a different ball game.

Well, im rubbish at this game. Only one outa 10 shots go straight.........damn joystick (yeah blame your tools lol) Anyway, played exhibition round 1 but looking at leaderboard has me asking how fo folk do the scorecards that appear ? So how do you post scorecards that appear next to folk on leaderboard folks ? I played first round after registering , so do i have to post anywhere.? Sorry but new to this (as per put in sim tour). u dont mate its supposed to be automatic |

I still don't see my scores on both the exbibition and my own tour...
Anything i'm doing wrong or do i just have to wait and see?

Shot -3 and -4 to start this I think. Played quite well, dropped a 67 footer, that was 2 feet downhill, for eagle on the second round. Boom! Great course by the way. Nice and realistic.

I had small d instead of Capital at beggining. |

First time poster and debutante TGCT hacker... Can't wait to get tour school underway and earn a card proper. I'm pretty sure my scores won't show on the TGCT leader boards until I have a tour card. I'm a long way off the top (to be expected), but pretty happy with performance in general. Was tied for 23rd on the PS4 leader board when I left it last night @ -28 for my 4 rounds. Obviously a long way to go to slip down the ranks!! Nice track. Par 5's are always a stretch and there are some good risk/reward par 4's too. Will borrow this one for the society at some point  |
